In what geographic area do you operate?
We will lend on property in Philadelphia and the surrounding communities. Generally we want a property to be within a one hour drive of Center City Philadelphia (PA only).

What are your lending limits?
Typically, $500,000 per investor.

Is there a credit minimum?
We do not have a minimum credit requirement, but GOOD credit is required. We analyze credit on a case-by-case basis.

Is there a minimum or maximum loan amount?
No, but we have a minimum fee of $1000.

What loan to value (LTV) will you provide?
We offer various ratios from 75%-100+%. It all depends on the borrower and the scenario…we try to work with you.
