How do you underwrite your loans? 
We make all of the decisions.
a. Signed application and we run our own credit report (no application fee required)
b. If you are a new customer or do not have an executed AOS, we require a $300 fee to proceed. Said fee is credited at settlement if loan closes.
c. Property analysis: comparable sales and value
d. Meet borrower and inspect property
e. Additional financial and property information (if necessary)
