2018 Year in Review
2018 was Direct’s busiest year yet - we funded 192 loans! We funded small projects (e.g. $52,000 for a single-family rental in Strawberry Mansion) and large projects (e.g. $1.3MM for a bridge loan in Bucks County). We funded land acquisitions (e.g $650,000 for vacant land in West Philly), new construction (e.g $600,000 for a mixed-use project in Brewerytown), fix and flips (e.g $135,000 for a flip in Germantown) and cash-out refinances (e.g $100,000 to reinvest in South Philly).
We funded single-family, mixed-use, multifamily and commercial projects. We funded projects for resale and projects to hold. We funded repeat clients and built relationships with new clients. We grew our team to meet the demand while providing efficient yet personal service. We cannot wait to see what 2019 has in store for our clients, and for the city of Philadelphia!
