Philadelphia 4th Most Undervalued City

In 2019, Philadelphia ranked #4 as the most undervalued city in America. While this is a slight drop from #2 last year, according to the SmartAsset report, “living in Philadelphia is equivalent to living in a city where homes are worth $264.77 per square foot.” Data from Zillow revealed Philadelphia buyers can purchase homes around $117.17/sq ft. So, in 2019, Philadelphia homes are undervalued by almost $148 per square foot!

In addition to price per square foot, this report also took into account quality of life measures for each city--such as unemployment rates, graduation rates, crime rates, weather, and walkability.
